Have you seen this video?
As a therapist, I talk to many people who are/were bulled. I have been amazed by the depth of the scars that come with hurtful words, actions, and slanders. For so many the hurts last far beyond the end of the day or school year and into the decades that follow. Sometimes I get so frustrated; why can’t we all just be kind?! Whether you were bullied yourself, know someone who is bullied currently, or especially if you are the perpetrator, Women’s Services and Resources asks you to be a Voice of Courage and say and do something to stop aggression and hurt in our community.
